Robert W. Burnett
Senior Managing Director and Co-Founder
Robert brings over 25 years of wealth experience to the table. His career encompassing valuable periods at Merrill Lynch, J.C. Bradford, and MetLife where he advanced to a National Sales Role for Financial Institutions and Regional Broker-Dealers. He adeptly cultivated and led a dynamic team of over 60 professionals, contributing over $6 billion in annual sales. He has held Director positions that focused on Alternative investments in Master Limited Partnerships, non-traded REITs, and most recent 1031-realestate exchanges. Robert is a US Veteran and served in the United States Air Force.
Jack Hicks
Managing Director and Co-Founder
Jack joins Javelin Capital with 15 years of experience in the financial services industry. His knack for building relationships and creative problem solving was honed managing a leading Brokerage General Agency where he oversaw a group of 150 independent insurance and financial professionals, with his personal production focused on business and estate-planning for high-net-worth clients. Jack is a native Nashvillian and graduated from the University School of Nashville and the University of Mississippi.
